About Type 2 Diabetes (TD2)

People with diabetes don’t respond normally to insulin, the hormone that converts blood sugar to energy. They have insulin resistance. Some common causes for this condition are family history, obesity, and physical inactivity.

Some TD2 symptoms include frequent infections, slow-healing sores, blurred vision, fatigue, unintended weight loss, increased hunger, frequent urination, and increased thirst.
